I also try to make the most of any good views, solar gain, and make the structure as cost effective as possible and still be strong and pleasing to the eye. I also help with getting your project through the planning and building departments, if desired and include any needed revisions. Feasibility Studies, to do research and see what will be involved with a project before committing to it, is another service I provide. Earthquake or Seismic Retrofits and Improvements can be done too. I always do my best to give you quality work at a reasonable price.

Great communication and answered questions to help me get them what they needed. The project from start to finish was drafted within 3 weeks.
