He educated me about how the sewage is set up and how he was going to use a "minor" snake to unclog the pipes that move the garbage from the kitchen. I watched him as he worked and appeared to know what he was doing. He finished the job promptly and showed me how the pipe-line was clogged by grease and fat with his camera. "Our old diverter just was stuck in the "shower" position. Eric went and got the parts but had to go back to the hardware store to return and get the correct part. We never was given the receipt for the parts. Eric did show me the receipt but I didn't have my glasses on and he took the receipt with him when he left. The one part of the replacment didn't fit, so he just put the old part back on and took (the part that he said didn't fit) with him. When he was asked to return because the spout/diverter was was leaking he did come right back. However the problem of leaking is still happening and it wasn't leaking before his service call. So we're a little disappointed with that. His solution is to make the pipe longer (spend more money) but the pipe was fine with the old spout/diverter. Our old diverter just was stuck in the "shower" position. He's a nice young man but I think he's inexperienced. And he should take a job out of his normal area if he's going to complain about have to come back to fix his work. He complained it cost him $40 in gas. Sorry kiddo, I told him our address and he could have said it was too far. So in that respect he's a little immature."
