On installation day there was a problem with the new battery which had an unusual glitch (it didn’t work). Not their fault. They contacted Tesla right away and Tesla sent a new battery (which worked) in a couple of weeks. Legendary came back to install the new battery right away. They spent sufficient time to explain the app and how to adjust settings within the app. I purchased the battery primarily to connect to my existing solar for emergency use in case of power outages.
