I also appreciated that the two installers Manny Erickson and Jesus Villagomez also communicated with me after they were done to reassure that they did a proper job installing the jacks. "Our old diverter just was stuck in the "shower" position. Eric went and got the parts but had to go back to the hardware store to return and get the correct part. We never was given the receipt for the parts. Eric did show me the receipt but I didn't have my glasses on and he took the receipt with him when he left. The one part of the replacment didn't fit, so he just put the old part back on and took (the part that he said didn't fit) with him. When he was asked to return because the spout/diverter was was leaking he did come right back. However the problem of leaking is still happening and it wasn't leaking before his service call. So we're a little disappointed with that. His solution is to make the pipe longer (spend more money) but the pipe was fine with the old spout/diverter. Our old diverter just was stuck in the "shower" position. He's a nice young man but I think he's inexperienced. And he should take a job out of his normal area if he's going to complain about have to come back to fix his work. He complained it cost him $40 in gas. Sorry kiddo, I told him our address and he could have said it was too far. So in that respect he's a little immature."

They ripped out 3 tree stumps, removed my river rock, laid new irrigation, installed a new sprinkler controller, laid new sod, laid turf, repaired my concrete that was lifted by tree roots, built a pergola. Jaime was very friendly, knowledgeable, hard working, and honest. He kept me updated every step of the way and I was never caught off guard. "He has been to my house many times, fixed dishwasher/garbage disposal, cheaper and more professional than other guys who have come out in fixing pipe/water issues. He helped fix the sprinklers outside and hung up some doors for me. 
He is always there within the half hour, available and answers his phone anytime, friendly and respectful/professional. 
Pretty affordable, although the only thing I didn't have him do was install a new water heater because he quoted $1000 , I went and bought one myself for $350 and paid a friend 100$ to install it. I'm not sure if he would have done something differently , but the new water heater has been working great the way my friend did it, and only took less than an hour to put in. It's always good to shop around when you can, but for most things durrel @ 3d plumbing seems to be very affordable.
