"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"Lyle and Bonnie are wonderful people to work with! You know exactly what you’re getting when you hire this family owned contracting business. They listen to every concern and make suggestions based on your needs and interests. Because it is a small business, there is no worry about who is coming in and out of your home to work on your project, it’s the same people every day. Our toddler and dogs got to know them well and were excited to see them every day while they worked on our master suite installation. They converted our den and installed an additional bathroom in our house with a custom XL dual head shower and attached walk in closet creating a full master suite. They also installed 5 windows and 2 exterior doors, while finding us a company to completely redo the stucco on the exterior of our house. All while helping to make minor repairs around the house to help out. We will never hire another contractor again! Thank you guys! You’re the best!"
