Hello my name is Anastasia, I am the owner of Modern Property Co. I was a working professional 9-5 for many years but I started doing airbnb management and interior design about 3 years ago while I was moving. I have since expanded to several more properties and I made this my full time work. I love all things home decor & I have a realtor background with an extensive emphasis on property management. I am a host & and designer and live locally so I’m always close by if you need anything. I want you to feel cozy and relaxed and love coming home. Home is such a vital place to recharge, unfortunately for most of us it's often a place of stress and unease when things are not quite right. I hired Anastasia for help on getting my Airbnb up and ready for market. She had the best ideas for how to decorate and make my home feel welcoming and warm for guests. Sheâ s extremely knowledgeable and talented in design and knowing how to create a feeling in a home. She also helps us with cleaning when guests come and go and is always on top of new trends and gives recommendations on how to make our space even better. She changed the look of the outside furniture and the space to make it more inviting, and she did a fantastic job and she adhered to my budget which was very important to me! I would hire her again and recommend her in a second!

Anastasia has been great to work with for my homeâ s interior decorating overhaul. The designs and execution have all been smooth. I feel like she listens to what my tastes are while suggesting fun and coordinated design ideas. She is easy going and fun to work with. Itâ s so nice to finally enjoy my living spaces!

Anastasia designs listened toy needs, took note of my specific style and was able to give me results I loved! Anastasia was spot on in matching and deciphering what I needed and wanted. The result was a beautiful living room that incorporated the elements I needed and some innovative features that I didn't even realize I needed. She added a desk behind my sofa which allows me to be with the family while working. It's convenient, functional and when I popy work away I have a great table to display seasonal tablescapes! She worked within my budget and was timely in her designs.

Anastasia has such a great open personality. We worked together to pick exactly what I wanted in my home. Every room is cohesive and beautifully designed. Tons of little details. The living room was a struggle to design. Because of the size, now it's my favorite room in the house. I would highly recommend her design services and her organization if you need help!
