"This is a lot of references rolled into one. Mitch from The Carpet Store in Sylmar certainly doesn’t have a glossy showroom, but has everything, is a good person and works with a lot of contractors. I also checked Houzz and the other websites and they say the same thing that I’m saying here. If you can, work with TME. Tony is a human buzz saw. (His sense of humor can be a real groaner, but, much as I hate to admit it, I’m still smiling.) He is honest, genuinely cares about what you want, the quality of the work and the schedule. He brought in a group of workers who were a pleasure to have in the house and who had been with him for years. I also recommend using his advice. He is smart and experienced and has a very good eye about what is going to work and look good. I had a complicated project. Work was needed on damage from past leaks, mold checking (a science in its own right) and 2 1/2 bathroom remodels. He did everything meticulously to code. The results were just beautiful. Tony became a friend, and I will certainly keep working with him."

"I contacted Conrad a few months ago and we scheduled the work for sometime this winter. Work was completed over the course of three days. As no rear access from the street to the property, all ground cover had to be hauled up hill and out to the street and all fabric rolls, plants and mulch had to be carried down in garbage cans and spread on the property. Estimate 160-200 garbage cans of mulch carried down hill to work site. Conrad and his crew were professional, cleaned up the area after they finished working and Conrad walked me through the work performed and answered all my questions to my satisfaction."

The contractor was methodical in his performance of the work.  They covered the area so that dust is controlled and the surrounding floor area are adequately covered.  Robert Wright will suggest a better alternative if he finds one available.  An example of this is a larger bathroom door in the hallway.  This was a welcome suggestion and was properly implemented.  He would ensure that there are no leaks in the existing drainage even if it meant delaying work for an extra day.  This gave me confidence that they will go the extra mile to provide quality work.

The contractor joined us in visiting the vanity supplier and provided useful suggestions that really helped in our decision making process.
