As no rear access from the street to the property, all ground cover had to be hauled up hill and out to the street and all fabric rolls, plants and mulch had to be carried down in garbage cans and spread on the property. The contractor was methodical in his performance of the work.  They covered the area so that dust is controlled and the surrounding floor area are adequately covered.  Robert Wright will suggest a better alternative if he finds one available.  An example of this is a larger bathroom door in the hallway.  This was a welcome suggestion and was properly implemented.  He would ensure that there are no leaks in the existing drainage even if it meant delaying work for an extra day.  This gave me confidence that they will go the extra mile to provide quality work.

The contractor joined us in visiting the vanity supplier and provided useful suggestions that really helped in our decision making process.
