"We were looking to expand our house for years, with addition ADU. We had selected Geico Builders for their great craftsmanship, selection of materials and the competitive pricing. Mila and Kevin worked with us to renovate our enclosed patio to build a primary bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. It turned out amazing. We went through several revisions in the design, and they took care of the permits and paperwork with the city. My wife works from home, so they were mindful in working around her availability. Overall, the project took about 14 months from when we found them due to permits taking a few months. It's hard living in a construction zone but the team went above and beyond to minimize the impact it had on our lives. They have a great team that is very attentive and responsive. Some of my parts are on back order and the team will be back to install the missing lights and shelves we bought as finishes. I will work with them again if I have other projects. "Humberto is a very creative problem solver! Personable and definitely interested in customer satisfaction, so spends time understanding the full scope of the problem. The problem was the subterranean north wall of the sanctuary of First Presbyterian Church in Vallejo that was far from being waterproof, especially with the rains last winter. Castaneda dug out the soil next to the wall, pressure washed it and applied two coats of DryLok and then a layer of Henryâ s waterproofing. Then Humberto installed a French drain and then a big pipe to route the water off of five downspouts. To get the correct drainage slope, more excavating needed to be done than anticipated. Removed five landscaped trees and lots of concrete that was in the way of the drains which were to be routed under city sidewalks."

I had contacted one other landscaper prior to this and it took him 2 weeks to reschedule a consultation and even longer to receive a quote. "Alex and team did a great job with my front yard. He scheduled a start time and was punctual. Installed 5 valves and connected associated sprinkler lines. Installed approx. 5 yards soil then rolled 500 sq ft sod. Next came the spit rail fence. Installed split rail fence to send it to the next level. All this working in nasty sticky clay soil.
