Able to start after rain let up in Fremont - 5 days later. Absolute professional prep, treatment, and care by Francisco and Gabriel. Pressure washed our 14-yr old deck the first day - AND the pergola overhead - AND the fiberglass roofing. They ALSO cleaned the adjacent pool of cleaning debris - without being asked! Next day sanded the deck, let dry, returned to apply preservative - which brought out the original beauty of the redwood. Spectacular results. Throughout they protected downspouts, electrical connections, cleaned dirty water sitting in the base of sliding glass doors - and somehow made a squeaky deck silent. (I've walked across it 4 times tonight and there wasn't a single squeak.) Gorgeous result. I will hire this company again - recommend them for any wood related project - and have already recommended them to neighbors. We've owned this 43 year old home 20+ years - and never seen such quality restoration. This company is truly exceptional - at all levels."

"They did all of the window panes, even though I miscounted and I was just over the 20 offered in the Big Deal (I was counting windows, not panes).  The guys were friendly, fast, and professional.  The glass was sparkling!  I didn't want to pay extra for deep cleaning of the screens, but they were much improved, even with the basic cleaning.  The one area that could have been improved was the gutters.  They were very dirty and I expected them to be cleaned completely.  However, there was still a lot of dirt in them.  I can't complain too much because I only paid $99 and the clean windows were more than worth the price.

"Roberto took care of or lawn maintenance at our previous home. We bought a new home (new construction) in Discovery Bay. We had him give us an estimate to landscape the entire backyard and side yard. His estimate was VERY AFFORDABLE! We agreed and he and his crew started that next Monday. "Bill and his team did a FANTASTIC job painting our new home that was in need of some bright new paint.  The walls were in pretty awful shape with lots of dings, drywall issues, some walls needing wall paper removal not to mention the crown molding either needing to be replaced or smoothed out.  Bill came for an estimate right away when I contacted him (accommodating after work hours) and spent a lot of time with me discussing how he'd do the job and explaining different aspects of painting to me. I had a lot of questions and he was patient and so informative.  He also happily came back out to the house to answer follow up questions before he started the job.
He arrived with his crew on time right when he said he'd start the job and they finished on time in 4 days. I couldn't believe the amount of prep work they did to get the walls in good shape to paint and in the end, it looks amazing. Everyone compliments me on what a great job they did and how good the house looks now- it's amazing what paint can do!
Bill is so knowledgeable and is always happy to answer your questions.   He also will let you proceed as you planned without complaint (I really wanted to use BM colors vs. color matching to Behr paint) and go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with the job in the end.  He even spaced out painting the bedrooms so I'd have somewhere to sleep each night!
The tape job they did to make sure none of our stuff was damaged was impressive and they cleaned up so well. His crew is friendly, professional, and I had no problem letting them come into the house each day while we were at work to do the job.
We will have them back to do some other paints jobs we have planned, but we so happy we found Bill and his team!

"The power wash and clean-up were both very perfunctory. Many garden plants are speckled with paint. That said, the price was very reasonable and the house has been painted. Considering the hasty prep that was done, I only hope the paint job lasts a few years.
