His bid was similar/competitive with the other two I received, but as with anything like this, some extra costs did materialize after discussions with Edison and City of Long Beach; he explained all of these and got my sign off on everything he did/added, and at the end he kept the extra costs as low as possible. Benjamin’s communication was great and he tried to explain everything to me - the novice.
