"They send someone out, he did a good job. But when it stop working and fall off the track. Which was under warranty. I had called them and refer me to the guy who did the work. He don't work there anymore. They wont honor the warranty. Stated too busy and since he did the job. He should do the work. Told me to give him a call and hung up."

His service was efficient, friendly, fast and he replace a frozen latch on one of the door. I only asked for three doors and security doors to be rekeyed but he did a fourth door so that all the keys would match. He replaced my car key fob with a perfect match, not just a generic one. He did not try to gouge prices or take advantage of me. In fact, he gave me a discount.
