Liability & Insurance of course. We have a general contractor on company as well, which is my dad its family owned company, so small things need to fix like handy stuff we take care of it as well. We fixed and painting for your place. But if I can go check place in person then I can give you a more accurate estimate and proposal If you have a time tomorrow I like to take a look and give you more details if its possible Thank you for your time,
