Campbell Collision Center, Inc. has been returning Santa Clara County motorists’ vehicles to their pre-accident conditions since 1994. With its 2002 acquisition of Bob’s Towing, the company has become a one-stop destination for auto body repair and towing services. It repairs cars with some of the industry’s top equipment, including a Chief Excelerator pulling system and a Chief Streamliner work platform, and provides flatbed towing in Los Gatos, Santa Clara, Campbell, and parts of San Jose. Owner Ata N. Zadeh has been heavily involved in auto repair since the late 1980s. He’s adamant about remaining loyal to his customers at all times by resolving issues with their insurance companies. “Our ability to bring vehicles to pre-loss conditions satisfies both customers and insurance companies,” he says. I received a check for the insurance company for about 634. not enough to cover the damage. Campbell collision worked with the insurance company. Did the work on time and I never paid a $ out of my pocket. Very Responsiveness helpful and on time with the repairs and really great work.
1. They gave us an expected completion date of a Friday. With no explanation, they emailed us an update that said that they were on schedule for Tuesday. When contacted by telephone, they informed us that additional parts were needed and that was the cause of the delay but that there was still a possibility for Friday. They actually did achieve the Friday promise.
2. While the work was generally good, it was not perfect. The fender liner was not cleanly attached and the bumper alignment was off by a touch.
I will probably use a shop with a bit more attention to detail the next time.
I cam back the next day and dropped off my car. It was done less then two days. They also cleaned the outside of the car, I think its called "detailing." It looked really good when i picked it up. The bumper looks brand new.
I would certainly go to him again, though I hope I don't have to!
