The owner will not honor their word or written contract with the customer. We have a written contract with Joe Casillas Electric (JCE) for them to perform work on September 24th, 2025, however JCE has refused to do so.
Proposed Resolution:
To remedy the situation, I am simply asking for Joe Casillas Electric to complete the work that we agreed to, with the materials that we agreed to, and at the price that we agreed to. The details are expressed in a written agreement dating August 21st, 2025. The agreement stipulates that 1 inch conduit will be used and that the price is $1,350. Additionally, the conduit should be metal, not PVC."

"I hired him to hang a chandelier in a high entry way. Told me he could do it initially. Came to the house to look at it. Said he would have to come back another time with a taller ladder or scaffolding. He returned and installed the light incorrectly. He cut a few feet off of the wire (was 12 ft per the company, the light only hangs at 6 and a half feet). The chain is bunched at the bottom of it, so the entire weight of the light hangs on the wire. Due to this is pulls the light at an angle and is crooked. I noticed this after my son paid and he left. I contacted Max and he said he would fix or refund me. Set up a time and date for him to come back. He blew me off. I have now reached out three times over the last week and he has ghosted me. DO NOT HIRE."
