"Jeff and Mark and crew provided great service from start to finish. They kept to the estimate and the schedule. The wood patio cover that was demolished was done so efficiently; everything was removed and cleaned up. The two who put up the new alumawood structure (an exact replacement but with the new material) worked 9 hours straight; the job was done in one day. The end result is beautiful. There was one piece that needed some attention, and when I brought it to Jeff's attention at the end of a work day, Mark was out the very next morning to fix it.

Lawrence the plumber was very respectful and knowledgeable: put slippers over his shoes, explained procedures thoroughly to me, and even cleaned up my tub after unclogging my drain. Wow! He also replaced 2 shut off valves under my sink that were frozen or leaking. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because the pricing is higher than I expected and I think the pricing should have been discussed before any service was started. The pricing for the valves were discussed but only after my drain was already cleared. So I was already stuck with a service charge I thought was too expensive. It's always best to take the initiative and ask first before anyone is sent out. However, this company will get the job done right. The approximate cost includes the cost of the Angie's List deal."

From the first visit to the last, the Service All Stars staff was punctual, polite, professional and very friendly.  Communication with Sal of Service All Stars was promptly responded to and questions answered.  Revisits to tidy up and explain functionality of new HVAC system also were on scheduled as promised.  Service All Stars personnel who came to our house were extremely helpful in explaining what actions they were about take on each visit. 

The Service All Stars staff quickly removed our old furnace and A/C unit, along with complete removal of all our old duct work that was splitting open, resulting in our heating and cooling our attic space, costing us in excessive natural gas and electric services.  Each visit was well planned and staffed accordingly.

We had visits from two other vendors who inspected our old system and provided quotes and timelines.  The quote from Service All Stars was approximately one-half what the other two vendors had given to us.  After talking with Sal of Service All Stars, I was convinced that their reviews would provide us with a quality contract while at the same time, saving us money.

I would happily recommend Service All Stars to anyone who is considering replacement of old, out dated HVAC system, particularly home in Rancho Palos Verdes that are going on 30 years old.
