"Good work and excellent results. Marcus and his worker came over and cleaned the carpet at my house in a very professional way. They were very polite and nice guys. They worked for close to 3 hours cleaning each room and made sure that the carpet came out clean as close to new. Their price was set between me and the office and they were able to give me a reasonable price for that job. I will definitely use them in the future.

"I couldn't be more pleased.  Jeff and his team were very friendly, punctual, and professional.  I have used carpet cleaners before but was never as satisfied as i am with this firm's technique and service.  The steam cleaning method seems to work much better than the chem-dry ones i have used in the past.  Jeff was very clear about how long it would take to do the work, how long it would take for the rugs to dry, and was careful with all of the furnishings, bedding, etc.  I would definitely recommend Jeff's service and plan to use him again.

"Top notch. Good at up selling, but we liked what we received. Deep cleaning our carpets were done with a floor scrubber and pads. Very effective. The floor smelled so good. Very strong, though. I can't sleep in there for a while because I get a bad headache from perfume smells. But still very happy. Also had the carpet stretched. They use the latest technology and I will never have to stretch it again!! I am embarrassed to admit it but we had not shampooed it for 4 years and it looks like newer carpet now. This was done 4 days ago. You know, it always look fabulous the first day so I waited to write this review to see how it looks several days later. Highly recommend Pro Carpet Care."
