Our recent particular project was a difficult one, I knew it would be costly, we would find more issues my house is 100 years old and on top of that the ADU was not permitted), and it was important to do it once and do it correctly. I had many quotes to repair and waterproof our ADU and I am so glad we chose Creative Home Remodeling to finish our project. Ben led the project so I could focus on my day job, kept me informed daily, reviewed all changes and findings as we went, and kept things on schedule. We decided on solutions together and it’s been a few months now with peace of mind that it was done right. I also liked that they are familiar with small and large projects, mine wasn’t large but was challenging with essentially a re-build of one side of the ADU, the concrete behind it, putting in french doors and stucco/paint. Selfishly, maybe we should keep this to ourselves so he isn't so busy when we need him for another project in the future :) Scope The bathroom was totally gutted save for some sections of drywall. A full tiled shower with a bench was installed (replacing a tiny old corner unit!), along with added lighting & exhaust fan, new floor tile, and all new fixtures/ cabinets/ paint. The plumbing and the shower drain were relocated. An old window was removed and replaced by a new one on an adjacent wall."

"Joaquin is an expert in his practice. We have used him for two jobs- kitchen tile and also fireplace remodeling. He is very detail oriented. We had a lot of discussion prior to ordering tile and prior to instal. It was obvious he wanted us to be happy with the end result. He was very knowledgeable.
