"He called me. We discuss the price for estimate. He provided the estimate which is too pricey, considering that I offered to pay for materials. I decided to cancel Joe because I am not doing that project anymore and it is rainy today. I am requesting from Angi to contact Joe to cancel the appointment today before Joe shows up at the project because I will not be at the project. Thanks Aina"
"Mario’s crew were very professional and completed the job as requested. We had a large number of trees and bushes removed as well as all of their stumps ground. They cleaned up very well too. I found all of the workers to be present and communicated with me effectively. I’d fully recommend them to anyone !!"
"The call came from work and asked me to move as soon as I could. I hired Moving APT to hurry up the moving process. They were just brilliant. I think some levels of trust are really needed between the client and the moving company because essentially you are entrusting them with everything you own. The movers were very good at building trust. They listened to me, paid attention to packing and carried everything with extra caution. Even the guy on the phone when I first called them seemed very friendly and polite. I felt very comfortable leaving my valuables in their hands for 3 days. When they delivered everything on the due date, there was no harm caused to anything at all. Turns out these men are the best in business and hiring them was a no brainier."
"David, the project manager that came out was phenomenal. The bathroom renovation had gone beautifully. I am giving David the highest grade because of his persistence and great attitude. He always made sure we are happy with the outcome and he wasn't going to leave till we said we love everything and I really appreciate that. Moreover he was personable, clearly took pride in his work and didn't leave until him and his crew thoroughly cleaned everything. Overall an excellent company and a great guy & team."

"This crew more than fulfilled my expectations. The gutters were well-cleaned, windows washed inside and out (best job I've ever had done), woodwork, toilets (got a ring out of my Sanigloss finish without using abrasives), blinds, ceiling fans, wood floors--everything superclean."
You may see specialty products for sale to remove lead dust, such as D-Lead surface wipes. But you do not need to buy a special cleaner just for lead dust. A regular all-purpose cleaner, like 409 or something similar, is sufficient for cleanup. Just make sure to follow the manufacturer's directions when using it and to dilute with water.
Follow recommendations for removal or remediation to ensure a safe living environment.
When a surface that contains lead dust is disturbed, the dust can float about in the air for roughly an hour before settling again. Since you cannot see the dust, it is important always to wear protective gear when working with any materials that may contain lead paint and to keep children, pets, and others away from the area for as long as possible
If lead is detected in a property, steps should include arranging for professional removal or containment, notifying all occupants, and implementing interim safety measures to reduce exposure.
Professionals use appropriate equipment to prevent property damage and ensure efficiency.
