"Sarah was great at getting to know what styles I liked and understanding what I really wanted my place to look like. She came back with options to choose from and adjusted just a bit after giving me room to provide my feedback. The designs came out great and people are really impressed when they come to my home. They always ask who designed it, and now you know 🤣 I highly recommend Sarah if you want similar outcomes! I really enjoy coming home everyday now, and it’s very much thanks to Sarah’s interior designs! She also helped coordinate some of the purchasing, which was super helpful, and is generally well organized. She used to work for a firm that charges much more, so you’re getting all that experience without having to pay for quite so much overhead."

"I didn't know the rooms could be this well lit. We had some additional recessed lighting and ceiling fan/light fixtures installed (among other things). We hired Walter Electric a couple years ago to do a major upgrade on the home electrical/lighting, which turned out great, and so it was very good to be able to get them again. Keith had some great suggestions and it's really livened up the space. They are friendly, accomodating, and have great workmanship. Just really nice experience all around."

"I wish I could give him 10 stars! Amazing! ********** there 10 stars!"

"Our kitchen remodel with McCormick Home Builders went beyond our expectations. Leoni and her team took the time to understand exactly what we wanted. "I had a great experience working with Pacific Sands. The team was thorough, detail-oriented, and highly responsive throughout the process. What stood out most was their ability to combine technical accuracy with practical design solutions. They took the time to address questions, explain design considerations, and adjust details when needed — all without sacrificing quality or efficiency. Would definitely recommend!"

"Had a great experience working with Barack. He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and really took the time to walk me through the ADU process step by step. He answered all my questions, offered helpful suggestions, and clearly knows his craft. I really appreciated how transparent and trustworthy he was, especially when it came to pricing and explaining the scope of work. He’s also very personable and easy to communicate with, which makes a big difference when dealing with construction projects. Overall a very reliable professional with a great attitude. I would definitely recommend him to anyone considering an ADU or home project."
