"Josh painted the cabinets in my rather large kitchen as well as my front door and shutters. Josh was very prompt, courteous and professional. Not to mention his price was the absolute best. He arrived early, but waited until the scheduled time to knock on the door. He managed his time well and completed the job a day ahead of what was originally scheduled. It was originally my job to get the paint, which I forgot to do, but Josh had no problem going to the store and ordering the paint. He was very honest, leaving me the receipts and all the extra materials. Oh did I forget to mention parts of the base boards around the cabinets were cracked, he replaced them with no problem. "These folks were very professional, but my expectation was different than the actual item delivered.  I anticipated they would want to see photos, know dimensions, really "get" my room so they could help me with a design.  I expected something that would reflect my room and help me visualize a design plan.  You know a sketch that took in my window placement and size, doorways, t he fireplace, etc.  They linked me to an online tool that asked several questions about my design style,  I thought it was a great start, but it was actually THE input session.  I did send along some photos as well.  While I hope they were considered in the response I received, it wasn't really evident.  What came back felt more like a moderately canned response built using a visual library of options on their side.   I only completed two of the three rooms I was going to do, as the result wasn't quite what I was looking for.  We'd have been more successful if the description was more detailed about the actual deliverable.  Nice folks and thorough in their follow-up.
