"I chose this business because of the ratings, so I had some high hopes for this very small job. My expectations were to make it safer for me and the other senior who lives here. I understood that it was a patch job. The crew did a sloppy job, I was left with a 3/4 inch lip on the top end one board that is a MORE dangerous tripping hazard than the holes., and runs 6 1/2 feet--(at least you could SEE the holes). The other top board that runs the the rest of the length of the deck is also a tripping hazard. (about 1/4 of an inch higher on the edge). He came back and fixed it, so I am satisfied."

He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. "I highly recommend Landmark construction energy crew.  We live in a waterfront home and we have had several drafty & leaky windows, some of them single glass and the rest are double glass, (18 windows). And a lot of them were odd shapes, not just rectangles and squares.  Five of the windows had to be new construction (not just replacement) to bring them up to work.  We called Landmark construction energy crew and Ezra and Charlie came over to our house and gave us an estimate for the complete work.  Both of them were very informative, honest and made us feel relaxed and confident about this work and about hiring them for that.  Ezra assured us that this was a big job and that it will take close to 3 weeks to complete the replacement of them, but they could do it.  And they did.  Overall it took them about a month to order and manufacture all the windows.  The installation crew, including Jason, Jose, and Roberto, did a beautiful job.  It took five days, but the house was always left clean after the work day was done.  The installation was beautifully done.  What a pleasant experience.  And we love our new windows.
