"What a great experience. Normally concrete jobs are a pain. Poured perfection made is simple. I told him what i wanted and he did everything i asked for and more. He made sure to include drainage in the bid that i didn't even think about. That and he explained every step of the process for me. Over all i could not be more happy with the job that was done. Yes, baking soda and vinegar can remove rust from concrete. Vinegar is acidic and can remove rust stains from concrete on its own.
