"Reached out to Fairway to help with a new install spot for a ceiling fan in our master bedroom. As there was no existing electrical line in our ceiling, I knew it would be an involved project. Paul responded quickly offering a fair price for the work. I will note he was upfront and clear that they do not perform drywall patching as part of the install -- they've found that customers receive a better result by getting painters to complete that part of the job. The technician made sure to minimize the amount of cutting as part of the install, which was very appreciated. Service was prompt and flexible, as a shipping delay found me postponing the installation date. On the day of, the Fairway Electrical tech was on site promptly at the time quoted, and took great care to minimize any dust/debris in the room. Installation itself went smoothly and much swifter than I thought, and the technician stayed with me to ensure that everything was working to order and to our satisfaction.
