"I contacted R & R Remodeling because they were recommended to me through my church. They came out to assess the situation promptly and gave me an estimate within just a few days. The fee seemed reasonable to me, and this window was preventing further progress on our living room project, so we said yes. They began work the next week. He got started a bit later in the morning than I was expecting, but that is the only thing that I have to say that is even slightly less than glowing. "The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."
