He listens... and when I ask his opinion... gives answers with explanations of. . why or how to do it. I live in a gated community with "rules" he understands and helps me stay... within HOA rules. He does some "fine touches"... that make such a difference... as I look out at my yard. I have all rocks.. no grass. He is easy to talk to.. happy and friendly. And most important... competent."

"Excellent service. Showed up about an hour after I made the request. Price was very reasonable. Execution was good spent the tome to research the material that needed to be matched. Lastly it was a small job repairing two 12" round holes in artificial turf. They treated the repair as if it was a much larger project. Will defiantly use them again. "

"I truly regret hiring HavenHub for my backyard project. After a salesman came to our door, he designed our landscaping plan — retaining wall, stairs, shed pad, boulders, and sprinklers — and quoted $24,995. I paid in full around July 8, 2025, with a contract promising completion by July 28. No one ever showed up until I contacted them. Since then, I’ve dealt with four project managers, endless delays, broken promises, and almost zero communication. One crew came but didn’t know what they were supposed to do and couldn’t reach anyone for direction. Another poured a footing wrong, according to one of their own workers. Months later, my yard is still torn apart, and HavenHub continues to ignore me despite taking full payment. I’ve had to involve a lawyer just to try to get a response. Terrible communication, unreliable crews, and no accountability. Be very careful before hiring this company."
