When I called I spoke with Lisa who couldn?t be kinder. She offered to talk me through the repair for free. I was so frustrated with the outlet I explained I would rather have someone look at it. She was very understanding and helpful. Within an hour of the call she had someone on their way, I stepped out of the house to run an errand and by the time I got back Dan was waiting for me. Dan was very friendly and knowledgeable he fixed the problem in less than five minutes. Dan and Lisa were both so friendly and I couldn?t believe at how cheap the repair was. I will definitely be calling them for any further work.

From my initial phone call to them, their customer service was excellent. Lisa, the person whom I first talked to was very friendly and helpful. The installer arrived promptly and was very courteous and friendly. A very pleasant experience overall.
