"Bob with Integrity called me almost immediately after submitting the request online through Home Advisor. He answered all my questions with ease and scheduled an appointment to come out. Bob arrived on time and even sent text reminders. I had him fix the rollers on my 8 sliding glass door, which after his repair slides like it s brand new! I almost broke it several times opening it too hard forgetting I could now open it using only 1 finger! While at my home Bob also measured for a sliding screen door and replacing the bug screens on 4 windows. He estimated a week to get them, scheduled the appointment and showed up on time again to install them. Bob provided fast & friendly service from start to finish, I will recommend him to all my family and friends and if you re reading this review I highly recommend him to you!"

"My initial plan was to get 3 bids. My general contractor from another project did not follow-up as expected. Another highly rated firm on Angies List made a bid but told me I would not be able to install vinyl as the City of Sacramento would not issue a permit. Good News was the third competitor and proved to be the best. It predicted no problem with a permit and they were correct. Brian, the Sales Rep was punctual and professional during his visit. He did a rough measure and gave us a bid. Afterward he answered some questions and provided references once I requested them. Brian, (different Brian) a sub-contract installer came out, did a more precise measure and told me how to prep for the work. About a week prior to the scheduled install date, I got a call from GN asking if we were interested in having our windows done earlier as they had a cancellation. We said yes. The install happened without a hitch. Brian and a colleague worked about a day and a half to wrap up. They were punctual, neat, professional and good workers in every sense. Only time will tell how the windows hold up but I have every expectation they will be fine. I would not hesitate to call Good News for any future window projects."

"My project was to remove, paint and reinstall new trim around the tile floor outside the fireplace hearth. We discussed the plan, him completing the process which included the flashing, stain and caulking. contractor made the necessary trim angled cuts and nailed them into place. I completed the project with taping off the flooring, chalking between the tile and flashing. I stained the trim and cleaned up the area. On an additional tasks, contractor had a partner who assisted him with removing screws to lift stainless sink from the cabinet; and provided instructions to partner, an educational intervention with gluing the trim around the sink to cover scratches from a previous project."

"Where to begin? Every phase of my project was excellent! I guess I can start at the beginning but leaving the best for last: First, Alex came by to measure the counter top area in the kitchen. High tech stuff and the quartz top fit perfectly when installed! They installed my sink, faucet, disposal, and dishwasher. Then, Vlad painted the entire inside of the house with 7 colors used throughout the house! Perfect trim work! Next, Merab and Vlad put up the oak window trim and did perfect sealing work around the wall and trim. The downstairs bathroom needed ceiling work done and Vlad more than met the challenge. Merab and Vlad cut the interior and exterior oak doors, stained them, and were put up in the new door frames. A hall fan was adjusted to the correct spacing. Special cuts of wood were made and stained throughout the house. The upstairs bathroom was done so beautifully with new mirror, toilet, shower doors and floor tile. Vlad did most of the work of this project and you would be lucky to have him working on your house project. Viktar the foreman is the one who brought all of these wonderful craft persons together to create the magic. Anastasiya is the project manager from heaven. Her attention to detail is extraordinary and was vital to the success of this project. Finally, none of this would have happened if it wasn’t for Rob Rathbun, the Senior Design Consultant of America’s Dream Home Works. It was because of him that this project happened at all. He listened carefully to what I wanted to do room by room. Then he would tell me what would and what wouldn’t work within the budget or structurally. Rob is a godsend! He is the perfect first representative to meet from this wonderful, professional, company. Top notch artists of their crafts, and the paper side of the company is right there with them. I cannot say enough about all the people at ADHW. Alex, Vlad, Merab, Viktar, Anastasiya, and of course, Rob! You won’t be disappointed! "Several months ago, I noticed that doors in my house were no longer closing and latching. Specifically, my front door no longer locked completely. Once I got it fully locked I could no longer open my front door anymore, so I knew I had foundation issues. I called Bay Area Underpinning to come look at my foundation and do some measurements. We discovered that my front living room was sinking approximately one and a half to 2 inches. The crew, Lance Sladek, Jake Hall, and Eddie Shaw, crawled under my house and dug 30 to 40 foot holes in the ground to install piers that would lift my foundation. These gentlemen worked in very cramped dirty conditions in 90-100° weather. I was extremely happy with their work and their dedication to doing the job correctly. My after the foundation lift, my front door as well as several other doors in my home were able to close and latch again."
