"Richard was great start to finish.  He was very responsive to all emails and was on time for the appointment.  We took a quick tour of the house to show him what needed to be done, he gave me an estimate on the spot and then got to work.  With the downspout work alone he saved us quite a bit given we were able to resolve the issues with him versus the gutter cleaning service which likely would have been more expensive but really no more effective.
