"Mr. Flores and his crew showed up 10 minutes early; went to work straight away; were very fastidious in preparing their work areas and cleaning up after their work was done; were knowledgeable, polite and courteous. Please note: This was the first time I had used their services and met Mr. Flores; and he is not a relative or friend of mine. I have already arranged with him to return and do other projects. I also referred him to my relatives - some of whom are perfectionists regarding work done on their homes."

"My home was built in 1930; I'm not sure when the separate garage was built, but clearly is older.  The garage interior was not finished.  Caldwell installed pegboard on two walls & sheetrock on the other two.  A small window was eliminated which entailed matching the exterior lap board siding that is so common in East Sac older homes.  The other remaining "window" which only had a funky screen was updated.  A window was built with plexiglass so that I could close and latch it or leave it open for ventilation.  The workers also constructed a new window screen that can be removed.  The exterior siding patch was caulked and painted as well as the interior sheetrock.

William came out within a couple of days to give me a bid on my project.  He had very helpful suggestions some of which I ended up using and, in the end, made for an improved finished product.  William has some fabulously skilled workers on his crew (Jim, Steve, Will in particular).  The entire job took 3.5 days to complete.  The workers cleaned up each day and kept me apprised of what was done and what will come next.  All the workers were on time, very personable and attentive to my concerns, answering any questions.  At the end of the job all debris and extra materials were hauled away or left with me (if I wanted them).  William stopped and checked the job progress making sure the construction was as we had agreed,  At the job completion, he walked the project with me making sure I was satisfied.  Everyone, including the office staff, are very professional.

I can highly recommend Caldwell Construction for any home project.  I have already hired them for an additional job!"

"Tom and Steve are fantastic to work with. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. When I first met with Tom to start discussing plans I had several ideas and he was very honest about how far my budget would go and what I could actually do to maximize space. During demo they were always very prompt and kept the work site clean. They replaced all of my old plumbing, and because I discussed what I wanted to do with the kitchen they ran plumbing to where I want to move my fridge in the future. They also discovered many issues with the existing wiring, which they replaced and also explained very clearly what the issues meant and how they were going to fix it. I had a steam shower installed and used tile to do a wainscoting in both bathrooms. They did a wonderful job tiling, especially since it is an older home and they were single lay 3x5 tiles. Also the bull nose tiles I purchased wouldn't work and they came up with a solution on the fly that I absolutely love. They were also very good about responding promptly to questions. I would absolutely recommend you work with these guys they did a fantastic job and I will definitely work with them again.

"Team was fabulous to work with, hands down. My vision was to add more living space without adding square footage. Expert Home Builders made it happen. Walls were moved, doors rearranged, pocket door installed, custom shelving, new kitchen with extra seating, and new bathrooms came to life. I felt I was part of the Expert team. My vision and their high standards created my perfect place."

"Last fall, Babylon Builders remodeled my kitchen.  Ron was very professional.  He showed up on time and took the time to ask me what my likes and dislikes were.  He took measurements of my kitchen floor and cabinets.  Since then, I hired him to do the construction remodel.  I have new cabinets with a new counter top and new floor tiles.  I’m ecstatic over the change since I bought this home over a year ago and the kitchen needed a lot of work done.  He created more space by reducing the island in the middle of the kitchen.  Very happy!!!"

"By far one of our greatest involvements with a contractor that worked at our house and did a wonderful job. Perfect company, perfect customer service and excellent quality of work. We were very fascinated by the effectiveness of our project manager, who managed our remodeling project and which was a complete kitchen remodeling and a complete master bathroom remodeling in a timely matter AND within the promised budget. We are very happy and satisfied with our thoughtful decision to hire them and would highly recommend them to our friends."
