He replaced the thermocoupler. Bell Brothers had come out and didn't even take the time to look to see what was wrong with it and said for $2000 they could fix it and for $4,000 they could replace the unit. Ken was very concerned about the safety features of the gas wall furnace and had me place my carbon monoxide detector closer to the unit.
