He fixed my ceiling fan for a very reasonable cost and was willing to perform the service while other electricians refused to even look at the fan to see if it could be repaired. I was not familiar with malibu lighting maintenance and I appreciated Jeff showing me how to set my lights myself, change the bulbs, etc. Jeff's rates were also most reasonable. "Artificial turf looks good. Some of the plants have died. It's only been five months since the job was completed. All the other items are of fair to poor quality. Concrete areas have to be re-done by another company because it has cracked within days to weeks of it being placed. Concrete splashed on retaining wall which was never removed/cleaned by Andres. Paint on fencing chips away easily. He said he would remove the splashed concrete off the wall but never returned to finish the job. As I stated earlier, I have to pay $3K+ to have the concrete done again. Haven't gone through an entire rain season so still don't know how the drainage system works or not. Would never hire him again."
