"I discovered my water heater leaking this afternoon! Figured I would have to wait for an appointment. When I called Active Plumbing Solutions at 4:42pm, Jordan was very nice and professional. He set me up for an immediate installation. Right then! His estimate of "about an hour and a half" was incorrect, however. Daniel, the tech, arrived in about 35 minutes.
