Installed new water heater& arranged for haul away of old one; replaced door hardware & locks; replaced broken garbage disposal; installed new window treatments; small drywall repairs & paint touch up and assisted with maintenance inspections with tenants. On the day he had my door he messaged me that he would be at my home at a certain time and was actually there way early. The job his company did I was done extremely well. It looks great.
