"Instead of cutting TO 12', the trees were 12' from the top. They are still over 40' tall. I was clear in communication what I agreed to, and thought omitting the word "to" was a typo. We were negotiating again after one tree was "finished". And while they chipped branches and leaves and left them where I asked, they also took a whole truckload of wood that I wanted chipped as well. The rest of the work was excellent and they were very efficient. In hindsight I should have stuck with the person I originally had lined up."

After working most of the day to remove that tree, they trimmed other trees on my property, and thoroughly cleaned up all the trimmings. They have to return to grind out the stump.
