In order to replace2 of the windows which had failed, the shutters needed to be removed. Roy was punctual and polite, quoted a reasonable price. He removed two shutter assemblies before the window team came out, and then came back and replaced them after the window work was done. He was able to schedule the work around the schedule of the window company so that the job was less disruptive than it would have been otherwise. I was very pleased with his work.
