"I hired Roy from RC Handyman to help me with a window project. I was having some windows replaced under warranty, and I have indoor plantation style shutters. In order to replace2 of the windows which had failed, the shutters needed to be removed. Roy was punctual and polite, quoted a reasonable price. He removed two shutter assemblies before the window team came out, and then came back and replaced them after the window work was done.
