Victor is great at what he does. He accommodated me based on my schedule , but most importantly his work was top notch. My carpet is really old and had lots of stains... After his work, it looks so good - I have never seen it look like that previously in my 6 years having that house. He also did a great job at cleaning the grout and tiles in my kitchen and putting the color seal on it. All in all very satiesfied, and couldn't have asked for a better job
