Dan was awesome! He showed up on time, asked questions about the issue, and actually opened up the AC to see what the issues were. I know, it sounds like a no brainer, but when you have companies that show up, look at it and quote you $10k for a new AC without doing any work you have to wonder… He let me know what was wrong with it and how much it would be to repair and asked if I wanted to proceed with the repairs. He had all of the parts in the van so he was done in 30 minutes. It was thousands, yes thousands less than the company that came out the day before. Thank you thank you thank you Tytum!!

These guys were very on top of it. They showed professionalism and experience while they were replacing my heat pump. I would really recommend them. Very polite and replaced my heat pump very efficiently and seamlessly.

I contacted Airloop to get a quote for moving an AC compressor away from house and up on a wall. Dan came out to the house and gave me 2 options: 1) Move current old-ish unit. 2) Upgrade to a smaller, more efficient Carrier compressor and place in new spot. Up to this point multiple companies had offered to move unit and Airloop's estimate was best. In the end we chose option 2 since we run a heatpump and newer unit is better. To bring the price down, I dug out the trench. Throughout the estimate process Dan was great. When it came time to do the work, I left a little digging and Dan's team took care of it. The install happened in a day. And after install they resolved an issue with thermostat, put in a missing valve (fault of prior hvac co), put in new air filter and added more flex pipe for conduit protection from concrete. Dan and his team are great, honest, punctual and know what they are doing!
