"Their technician did an excellent inspection job: he crawled under the house, took photos, and did a very precise measurement of the house level. However, Saber doesn't replace steel girders under what are called "Princess homes". They can do jack replacement and leveling, but first I need a rusted steel girder replaced, for which I must hire a different foundation contractor."

A prior owner had tried to do the job with an unlicensed contractor and no building permits. That made my job even more difficult, but Foundations On The Level was able to handle it."

They removed a mature queen palm, hauled away all material and debris after demo and poured a great slab to extend my patio by a few hundred square feet! This was a pro job! Dump and bobcat, concrete truck, you name it! Rebar was tied into the existing slab and it looks like it was part of the original pour! I’d hire them again!"

"Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. A friend of mine referred me to Mega Sun and I have to say I am very pleased. Within a couple days from the initial phone call I already had an estimate and once i decided to go with them the installation was completed in one week. "They had to come back and redo it. The initial person who came out was not very professional. She was the salesperson as well as the provider and was always in a hurry to get somewhere and was kind of condescending. They were not very good communicators."
