I called on a Saturday and he arrived promptly on Sunday (nobody else works the weekends!). He quickly accessed the various issues and thoroughly explained that it was necessary to not only remove the birds (one was dead) and nests, but to also cover all possible entry points for critters around the house as well as in the attic and to sanitize the attic. He returned on Tuesday and completed the job that day. The cost was a little more than we had anticipated, but considering all that was done it was well worth it. Rene is a consummate professional. I also like that I have the option of requesting an organic, non-toxic spray, even though those don’t work as well.
