"Bill and the rest of the Fine Point team were incredible.
They sanded and repainted a large kitchen with stained oak cabinets. Since the oak didn't take the paint like other woods, they applied an extra coat of primer and and extra finishing coat to make sure that it looked the way we hoped. They used a spray, which helped give the cabinets a professional, uniform coat. They look fantastic.
When the paint dried, some of the cabinets didn't close properly. This is not a criticism?when we told Bill, he came by the next day to fix those that were misaligned (which could have happened in any project), so the final kitchen looked perfect.
The whole team was really friendly. They put in extra hours to make sure the job was done well, and honored their initial estimate, which was completely reasonably compared to some estimates we received.
They touched up several areas of the house. When we couldn't find a matching paint for the upstairs bathroom, Bill repainted the entire wall with another paint, and he did it for a nominal fee.
What can I say? The team was patient with us as clients, thorough with the job, and masters of the craft. Our house looks fantastic, and I'd hire them or recommend them in a heartbeat.

"Guys did a great job as promised.  Took advantage of a $999 special; an additional $300 for extra exterior door painting.  Approximately $1000 in paint necessary but we chose top quality paint in lieu of having Better Choice select paint.  House was power washed and some trim replaced prior to painting.  Some delays due to the high temperatures we experienced that pushed out the job a couple of times.

"After having the company paint the exterior of my house fall 2009—reviewed previously and work I am still very pleased with after a couple of months—I had them back again to repair water-damaged plaster and repaint a bedroom as well as a large, walk-in window box. As with the exterior, Michael (the owner) is meticulous on detail. When estimating the work, he was clear on the choices for repairing the plaster from basic to more extensive, and he was very clear on the long-term consequences on each of the choices. I felt very good about his explanations and comfortable in taking account of not just the water damage in the plaster from a roof leak, but, since we needed to work on a large area anyway, checking all the plaster in the bedroom. The project lead (Guillermo) is an extremely professional and courteous person who focuses on an extremely competent and professional outcome. He is very discrete when he is working in the house and very detail-oriented. As I had requested, and as I previously experienced with their work on the exterior job, the prep work was extremely thorough—something I believe is very important for this type of work and well-worth paying for the time to do. I was given regular, clear updates as the work progressed, and, given the drying time to repair a plaster wall properly, found it very acceptable. My discussions with Michael at the start of the work were very clear, and I was comfortable with a cost range depending on the degree work I was expecting.
