"I can't recommend Henry's Professional Painting highly enough! If 10 stars were possible, they would get 10 from me. My old home hadn't been painted in decades. It needed lots of stucco repair and prep work. Tommy and his crew did a fantastic job! My house looks beautiful! I am just thrilled with their work. They finished a day earlier than expected. Henry, Tommy and Sara patiently answered all of my questions and were super nice folks all the way through. I will definitely hire them again."
"Well, what does one say when a diamond is found. As far as painting professional, Joe Asaro is that diamond. Several years ago, Joe painted by our stucco and wood trim on the entire home. The paint has held up incredibly on the stucco walls and wood fascia and I have not even considered touch up painting if it was not for the replacement tile roof installed a short time ago. With the tile installation, the new trim rake tiles where installed exposing more wood than before and therefore, Joe's services were necessary again. As always, Joe met me at my home, walked the site with me and promptly sent to my email his proposal and as prior, the price was very reasonable, especially for the workmanship that Joe provides. Joe is hard working and honest and the quality of work provided is proven by the lasting of time. Thanks again Joe for your professionalism and thoroughness and for consistently offering the a great product and service. Nick"
"Called on a the Wednesday to see if it was possible and he returned my call the following day. I texted him photos of the holes that needed patching so that he could give me a quote. We were able to arrange an appointment for the following Monday. He arrived promptly with his son and they got straight to work. The wall looks great and once I have painted it won't show - very happy. Left the place tidy and clean. Happy customer, would definitely use him again. "
"This is the second time we have had Ron Rice Painting & Consulting paint the exterior of our home and re- stain our deck. In this most recent job, Ron worked closely with us to find a new color that would complement our house. He was patient and thoughtful during this process. Once the color decision and date were determined, Ron deployed a competent crew to prep, paint and stain. All his painters are considerate, thorough and detailed in their work. Ron Rice stands by his work and ensures his customer is thoroughly satisfied and happy with the job. I would not hesitate in recommending RRP&C to any individual or business for quality painting."
"We had a bedroom upstairs that needed painted and also wainscot in our upstairs bathroom that we just never found the time to paint nor had the energy/desire to do ourselves. When this $299 deal came along we couldn't pass it up. I heard back from Jesus Painting in a reasonable amount of time. However coordinating was a tad tricky only because of my schedule. Once I was able to get the date coordinated it was fine. They called a day or two before hand to verify what they were painting - I had told them before but I guess they either forgot or wanted to double check - and verified what time they would be at our home. 2 workers showed up promptly at 8am and my husband showed them what we wanted done. The guys were friendly, professional, and asked questions if necessary. We only had them paint the bedroom walls. We didn't need the ceiling or closet painted. They did a wonderful job. They cleaned up after themselves and when finished they asked my husband to come look and make sure he was satisfied with their work. We did provide the paint. We were very pleased and happy with them and would recommend them very much so. We did notice later in the day when we were back upstairs they forgot some plastic covering they had down but no big deal. "
"I have relied on Lifetime Custom Painting for over three years. Whenever I call, they are extremely friendly and come to my home within a few days to prepare their bid. They have painted both the inside and outside of my home and done some repair to various areas, including drywall. The employees have been extremely friendly, polite and helpful even when I change my mind. That is one of the things I like about this company. The job is done very well, and cleanup is good, which means a lot to me. "
The best and fastest way to remove paint from a deck often involves combining a chemical stripper with a pressure washer. Gel-based paint strippers are highly recommended because their thick consistency makes them less messy and easier to apply than liquid strippers. After applying the stripper to loosen the paint, you can use a pressure washer to efficiently wash away the residue. When using a pressure washer for this task, it's important to use a low pressure (under 1000 PSI) to avoid forcing too much moisture into the wood, which could lead to mildew or rot.
Yes, a magic eraser can remove candle wax. You can use it to remove all the candle wax from start to finish. Another option is to remove all large clumps with a dull knife and then pull out your magic eraser to finish the job. However, while the results can be impressive, a magic eraser shouldn’t be used on all surfaces since it can potentially damage them. If you try this method, test a small, hidden spot first and proceed cautiously.
Lead removal is crucial in older homes to eliminate risks of lead poisoning, which can severely affect health, particularly in children, by impacting development and cognitive functions.
Yes, you can pressure wash epoxy floors, but you must take precautions to avoid damaging the surface. While most epoxy floors can be cleaned with a mop, you might choose to pressure wash if the floor is stained, has ground-in dirt, or is covered with mold or mildew. To do so safely, first soak any stains or dirty areas with a gentle cleanser. Use a lower pressure setting with a gentle nozzle, such as a green, white, or black tip, or a 45-degree angled tip. Keep the spray nozzle at least 18 inches away from the floor to protect the surface. Using a surface cleaner attachment or a rotary scrubber can also help prevent overspray. Be cautious if using a power washer that heats the water, as the combination of heat and pressure may be too powerful and could damage the epoxy coating.
