Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! It is a light yellow color and cannot be cleaned with water which is why I had it cleaned professionally in the first place. Tony was honest about what could be done with it since this was the first time it has been cleaned since I've owned it. It looks so much better and smells great. Everything was completed in about an hour and a half and dried in about four hours. Deorderizing of our carpets was offered at a very resonable price and he even cleaned our bedside rugs for free.
