IV Handyman Services LLCI had a complete remodel done of my kitchen, extra bathroom and had a new dinning room added to the house. All work was done by the John and his helper on time and on budget. Never any problems with his crew. Always very helpful and never gave me a hard time for minor changes I wanted to made during remodeling and all was done without and additional labor charge. Only thing that i paid extra for if more materials were needed to do my changes. Great guys to work with, did job and was done 2 weeks faster that planned. I was there everyday watching the work and I can tell you this, top quality work. Great job, supper clean and always looked out for me and my family during construction. Great, Great job. IV Handyman Services LLCCompleted the tile and grout with baseboards, some of the caulking on the baseboards was sub par work, tried to have him correct but did not response to our request as well as the tub enclosure caulking was sub par. The kitchen countertops were not completed the sink was left disconnected and had to hire a plumber to correct the issue. We tried numerous times via, email, text and telephone calls to address the issues. The work debris which we paid for was not completed we had to remove the old carpet and padding, as well as the old toilets and left over construction debris tile, paint and other items. The work was initiated at the end of November and all work stopped in first week of February. We hired another contractor to complete our countertops and install the sliding patio door. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROVIDER FOR SERVICES- Norma K.

We have 2 small rooms that are a challenge for us to decorate. My husband is disabled & we require space for his motorized wheelchair, which further limits what we can do. Bryan, the owner, & Dorothy, our designer, listened to our requests & designed 2 beautiful rooms that maximize the limited space. Once we approved the design & furniture, they immediately provided a list of carpenters so we could get started on some built-in cabinetry. We were also provided with a list of all the furnishings & websites so we can purchase what we can afford. We had never used a design team before & I didn't know what to expect, but I'm so happy we did! Now we have a direction & vision of what we can do to truly utilize those rooms. We also have control over the budget & can do what we can afford as time goes on. Bryan & Dorothy were absolutely wonderful to work with & I would definitely use them again!!

If I had it to do all over again, I would have went with another company. The cabinets took 3 months to get to me which that is what I was quoted so that's fine but I ordered all white cabinets and was shipped some that were blue. Also many of the cabinets were broken and several the paint was scratched off. When I contacted them I was told I would have to wait for them to be put back into production and replaced which would take another month or longer. I can't be without a kitchen that long. Also, other components were scheduled like countertops and my contractor. In the end they gave me a small discount for the broken cabinets and the blue cabinets and sent me paint to paint the blue white. The otherbroken cabinets they told me ask the things that were broken were just for shipping purposes yet all the other cabinets I looked at while I was shopping around had these corner braces in place and some were more expensive depending on the type of corner bracket. One of the drawers is completely falling apart and I was told that my contractor can fix it by installing hardware. In the end, the small discount I got wasn't enough to pay my contractor to fix many of the issues I've had with the cabinets and he also didn't have a spray gun for the paint so you can see the brush strokes with the blue I had to paint white.

Unbelievable! The worst customer service I've ever seen. I ordered 2 cabinet doors which were supposed to be delivered in 20 business days. I had to threaten to call the police and file a claim with the NC attorney general to get my doors. After 4 months of waiting they arrived with a crooked line in the cabinet, I made multiple attempts to get my money back, but they insisted on making me new doors which I'm sure would have taken another 4 months and might also have defects again. They would not refund even part of my money for these issues. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Terrible company and terrible service.

They told me it was a covered repair and to get the work done and submit invoice and they would reimburse us. We got it done and submitted the invoice. After 3 months of constant follow up they covered part of the parts charge and none of the labor. Then, following up again, they responded with, WE ARE CLOSING THE BUSINESS.
