I called 911 Plumbing at 10:30 pm to fix a leak I had caused trying to put in my own kitchen faucet. One of the on call plumbers wasn't answering his phone right away, but instead of telling me no one was available the person who answered my call kept trying to find someone to come out. An hour and half later one of the owners showed up at my house! He was super nice, had a good sense of humor about me trying to do it myself and fixed the leak. I very much appreciated the professional attitude about how small business is run and how to keep new clients. Great customer service :)
