We used the service for almost 4 years, do to economic issues I was forced to close our monthly account. Since then we have realized how good their product (poison) is. We have a garage full of black widows, little black ants in our kitchen from time to time and all kinds of creepy crawlies. We plan to get their services again. Also the ladies at the office are very polite, professional, and very sweet.
The product they use is the best, no smell, no stains. We never had a problem. Our kids and pets never got sick or allergic reaction from it. (of course I didn't let them play in it wen it was wet) I don't have any complaints from our local terminix. I highly recommend it.
