Ron and his company have provided outstanding remodeling services over the years and we called him again when we needed another bathroom remodel in late 2024 along with a full repiping of our 2 story 2700s sq. foot home in the Northridge area. He continues to be responsive via text/ phone and gave us accurate quotes with written invoices that he updated throughout the course of the project Past work include converting our house into open downstairs (major work with knocking down walls on 2 story house), remodeling kitchen and bathrooms, new lighting (recessed ceiling in entire house), reflooring entire house(tile/carpet tile to luxury vinyl), new windows for entire house, exterior stucco/paint/ gutters. From beginning to end, we felt very comfortable with our choice due to his high level of professionalism and ability to deliver on his promise. I would not hesitate to call him again.

I worked with Sharon "Ron" throughout the process as he was extremely easy to work with and made sure to finish the project in a timely matter. I was able to get brand new luxury vinyl floors, brand new custom cabinets for kitchen, hallway, wine fridge and quartz counter tops.  I was extremely happy with all of these improvements and will definitely be using them again for my next home purchase.

Great work done. Smart Construction Consultants did a garage conversion into an ADU for us in the Woodland Hills area. Ron and his team did it all in a timely matter and listened to any concerns we had. He respected our wishes and desires of what we were looking for. We are so happy with the results. We plan on calling him back for future projects.

Joseph was a great contractor with good advice. He re-did our old broken driveway and patio. His guys were prompt and cleaned up well. I'd say I got great value for what I paid.

This is a Bathroom refurbishment contract for master and two smaller bathrooms. Job not complete, but they are during a fantastic job. They pay attention to details, clean the work area daily. Last year, I hired Ron and his crew to remodel my home in the Fairfax District. Among the 5 top companies I considered for the job, he was by far my #1 choice. It was a massive remodeling job including structural changes, complete repining rewiring, window replacement, new kitchen and bathrooms. Given the extent of remodeling assignment, it was important to have a good rapport with the main consultant and Ron had, by far, the best qualifications. Ron proved to be an exceptionally professional, reliable and approachable person which is very unusual in this industry in my opinion. The quality of work was superb and was done in a timely fashion. A few extra changes I requested during the construction, that were not listed in the initial contract, were priced fairly. The crew itself was punctual, highly responsive and professional.
