"They were able to come out the very next day to cut my granite countertop for my new cooktop to fit. Then, they installed the new cooktop. They did a great job on cleanup as well! The price was reasonable, and I will definitely use them again."

"The whole procedure was too simplified than I was expecting.
Basically, he seems to clean one section and not the other.
Simply got some type of wax and buffed the granite...that's it.
I am not sure if the service was worth the cost.
I have doubts in my mine

"I cant say how pleased I am to have hired this group. Jamie and his crew were by far the best contractors I hired for our total condo remodel. "Paul Chestnut was our contractor and was awesome from start to finish. He was very concerned about the amount of enclosure our plumber wanted to remove to repair a leaking valve so before work even began he made a point to be here to work with our plumber to ensure the best possible refinish. He was prompt for every day he was here to work. He was exceptionally clean and paid very close attention to detail. His work was outstanding and we would have him back again for any other refinishing work. He was able to match the texture and pattern in the original enclosure exactly. We are thrilled with the work!!!!

"My experience with them was good - Barbara was a very friendly customer service agent, and I was actually going to use another company before I talked to her. She swayed me to BNS.
The installation went well - they showed up on time, and my granite looks AMAZING! Truly. My kitchen was oddly-shaped, and they made everything look great even with the oddball measurements.
The only reason I gave them a "B" for quality is because once they left, I did notice some of my plumbing parts were broken, some sealer gunk was stuck in my carpet, and they took my old sink with parts attached that I had to re-purchase. When contacted the company, they were very responsive, and even wrote me a check for the parts I had to buy. I did appreciate that.
Overall, I thought they were a good company, and I would use them again."
