During the work, they spent time on getting things (2 papers + 3 coats stucco) done right, while being very efficient. One of the guys says he has got 25 years of experience on doing stucco. After the work, they cleaned up the area really well and warranty the work for 1 year. As courtesy, Joel also walked around the house with me to spot/assess any other possible concerns with the stucco. Luckily the condition of my stucco is otherwise not too bad.
