"It was great! They were awesome. It was handled very professionally. When I called, they gave me a time. The technician was going to be late and so they called ahead of time to let me know. He was very courteous and definitely knows his business. I was very pleased with him. They only charged me for half an hour. I called them, I didn't have a couple because I couldn't get online to get the Angie's List reservation but they gave me the discount anyway. They are really good. They are professional,  service oriented and know their business. This is about the fourth time I have used them. I will use them forever."

The other TV was a little more. I used the Angies list service because I wanted to support local business people. I was surprised to find out the Tech was an independent contractor provided by a California company. A month or so later I needed another TV mounted. In addition to Hellotech I looked into another internet company that begins with "A" that provides local contractors for home repairs. The other service was quite a bit cheaper ($118) and the repair work was comparable. If I can't avoid national internet companies I might as well go for the cheapest."

"Noel their Technician is very easy to work with and has an incredible knowledge base, he installed an outdoor HIKVISION Dome IP Camera and NVR. Their are multiple browsers, plug-ins and menus in which to use and access user defined parameters for HIKVISION each with varying options. I'm now using Microsoft Edge and its plug-in software to be able to access the most settings for configuring and viewing the camera as the camera and NVR's Default settings need site specific tuning. As the end user who supplied the equipment I'm more than pleased with this Company and in particular with their Tech' Noel."

"It went great,i live Bakersfield,could not get any one here to reprogram my remote after my up grade in my theater room.The guy that did install never came back to finish,i call left messages and tex and no response.I had another guy come by to do it,said he could but when he got here,said that my remote could not work said i had to buy another remote system for $1800.00.I email
